Free Standard Delivery on All UK Orders of £200 or More

Our free standard delivery to any address in the UK applies if you spend £200 or more and your parcel will be sent by Royal Mail signed for and will take approximately 3-5 working days to arrive. This excludes special occasion dresses/outfits over £100 by Kleinfeld, US Angels, Angels and Fishes and First Communion dresses.

Next Day UK Delivery

For next working day delivery you must place your order before 12pm Monday to Friday. If your order is placed after the 12pm deadline your order will be dispatched the following working day. For customers based in the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands please allow up to three working days from dispatch. All express deliveries are fully tracked and tracking information will be provided via email. This excludes special occasion dresses/outfits over £100 by Kleinfeld, US Angels, Angels and Fishes and all First Communion dresses.

Named Day UK Delivery* / Baby Gift Basket*

Named day delivery or baby gift basket delivery will be sent by Royal Mail. Your parcel will be tracked and will take at least 3 working days for mainland UK and 5 working days for customers based in the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands. Please allow at least 3-5 working days when selecting your specific delivery date. This excludes special occasion dresses/outfits over £100 by Kleinfeld Pink, US Angels, Angels and Fishes and all First Communion dresses.

RETURNS

Standard returns for UK and International Customers

You agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of this returns policy when you place your order with us. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us on customerservice@finoora.co.uk before placing an order.

No Quibble 14-Day Returns Policy

We hope that every customer is happy with their order but if you have any reason or need to return all or part of your order you have the right to cancel the item(s) on your order or request an exchange or refund via email only within 3 days of receipt and return the item(s) within 14 days from the date of receipt, providing that the item(s) are in the exact same unworn condition as sent to you, including tags and packaging.

For hygiene reasons and made to order purpose we are unable to accept the return of the following items:

  • Frilly knickers

  • Headbands

  • Socks and tights

  • Handmade items

  • Personalised items

Please follow these steps for your hassle-free return:

  1. Email us directly at customerservice@finoora.co.uk within three days of receiving your order and request an authorised returns number. Please state in your email whether you want to exchange or refund the item(s). Ensure you provide your name, order number and details of exchange item if applicable.
  2. Wait for our response in which you will receive your returns number and details of how to return your item.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning item(s) to us unless they are deemed faulty (see further information below) and we can take no responsibility for item(s) lost in the post, so we recommend you use a tracked delivery service and include your name and address on the back of the package. Due to the nature of our business we appreciate the need for efficiency in returns and to give you peace of mind we deal with all returned items within five working days of receipt.

  

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted, subject to availability and will only be made once we have received the returned item(s) and processed any additional payment which might be required including shipping fees for the new item.

Refunds

All refunds will be processed back to your original payment methods within 14 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). We refund the full amount of the purchase price paid (delivery costs are non-refundable). Please note that for discounted or sale items you will be refunded the purchase price minus the discount. If you were offered free p&p when you originally ordered the actual p&p will be deducted from your refund.

All item(s) are inspected once received back to us prior to processing any exchange or refund so please make sure you comply with the following:

  • Items must be returned to us in their original condition.

  • They must be unworn and all labels and tags must remain attached, along with the items in their original clear cover packaging

  • Any items found to be soiled, damaged, appear to have been worn, washed or repaired or the tag removed will be exempt from this returns policy. No exchange or refund will be given and the order will be returned to you at your cost.

We also require cover packaging to our items to be intact with no rips, tears or tape attached and show boxes need to be intact with no damage, including the bubble wrap they were sent in.

 Under no circumstances will we exchange, refund or replace any item(s) until we have received the originals back. To be fair and equal to all customers we do not make any exceptions to our returns policy, so you will be deemed to have accepted the goods if you have not returned them within the 14 day timescale. Any return requests after 7 days will be refused and not given an authorised returns number.

Damaged, Faulty or Not As Described

All products supplied by us leave our premises without any known damage or defect. In the unlikely event that you do receive damaged, faulty or not as described item(s) then please notify us via email within 24 hours or receipt and follow our exchange procedure. Faults reported after 24 hours are not covered and therefore we will hold no responsibility.

We will refund your postage costs up to the value of the original charge after receipt and the inspection of the item(s) and we will pay the postage costs for replacements to be sent to you. Replacements are on a like to like basis only (exactly the same item and size). If you require a different size or item then this is considered a normal exchange. If you change your mind and do not wish to have a replacement we will treat the process as a normal refund return and therefore no postage costs will be reimbursed.
